Even this address is unstable.  Apparently the Virgo Supercluster is now an appendage of the Laniakea Supercluster because there has been a change in the definition of Superclusters.

Once you have City of Glendale, County of Los Angeles,  and State of California, you probably don't need the reference location Southern California.

We don't use Upper Peninsula for the State of Michigan as a reference location except in daily speech.  It never goes into the vital statistics records.  It's enough to say City of Iron Mountain, County of Dickinson, State of Michigan, ,,  One doesn't need to add Upper Peninsula between the county name and the state name.,

Yeah! Where do I get Star Coordinates? I don't want my descendants to jump to light speed, go back in time and end up in the middle of a Red Dwarf.
