Cannot upload photographs?

Question

For the past 36 hours or so, the following message comes up when attempting to upload a jpeg of about 800kb:

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Is this sitewide, or an exclusive problem?

I'm not sure what happened here.

Can you e-mail me the photo and the WikiTree ID of the person you're trying to upload it for? I'm chris@.
