That profile currently seems a bit of a mess. Facts in narrative bio do not match facts in fields. Also, why do we think that John Burleson of Suffield, CT/MA is the same person as Aaron Burleson of NC, despite gap in years and change in name? I think middle names were quite rare in 17th and early 18th century (see, eg, http://www.genfiles.com/articles/middle-names/ ), so I would be surprised if there was a man born during that period who was named Jonathan Aaron Burleson and I don't see Aaron as a nickname for Jonathan.

Re died in Rev War - I didn't see anything in the bio that suggests that either Jonathan or Aaron was even still alive then.
I'm sorry.  I forgot.  Aaron Burleson's son Aaron died in the Revolutionary War.  His dad died before.  Well,  I was confused by the tree,  and the narrative data.   Thank you so much for your help.   Sorry.  Rob

There is no known evidence from primary sources to link the Northern and Southern Burleson families, much less any specific individuals.
