Which John Duke is Benjamin Duke 1727 (Shadrach's father) father?

I'm confused as to which John Duke is Benjamin Duke's (1727) father and Shadrach Duke's (1769) grandfather. There are so many John Duke with different wives and children. I can't seem to link which one is the correct one.

According to research done by yDNA testers of this line, it appears that the father of Benjamin (Father of Shadrack Duke), is  John Duke(s) (the elder) of Isle of Wight. 1697-1781 who married Ruth (Drury?). This is dna haplogroup  I-m170 or known as the IOW I-M170 Dukes. Many men have tested from all different lines of descendants. The John Taylor Duke line is another, non-related set of DNA tested men. I’ll be happy to give you more detailed info in a message.
