To a brainless computer, "Osbourn Osborn" differs from "Osborne" by a lot more than one letter.

Changing the CLN to just one word would probably have worked, whichever way it was spelt.

I have proposed the merge for you.

You can initiate a merge scrolling down all the way when in a profile's page.

To the left you'll find [Initiate a merge], after clicking on it you'll be asked the WikiTree ID of the other profile you want to propose the merge with. Then you can COMPARE side-by-side both profiles and decide to propose the merge.

You can practice with Robert (Matthew's father) and Matthew his son and namesake. They are also duplicates.

You can also use the drop down menus in the upper right corner of most wikitree pages to create merges. Look Under Add Matches and Merges
