How absolutely wonderful but I can't see the images.
The names are C W Carver and Annie K Legg married 1902 children- Sylvan b 1904, Cornelia Wilson b 1906, Anie Pauline b1910, Claude Otto b 1916, Selma Lucille b 1918.

My mom said there are other pages with information on them.

New information, C W is Charles and they were married in Virginia
Hello Anna. Are you able to forward more information.

In what country did the marriage take place and is there any indication within the pages of full names for either the spouse of Annie or her full name.  Any little bit helps to find a possible descendant or ancestor for this bible.   Thank you for posting this find.
The only location given on the pages my mom sent pictures of is Rectortown, Faurquier, Virginia- that is where Annie K Legg was born. I'll see if I can get more pictures
Thanks Anna, unfortunately I am unable to open the pictures you previously sent.
I gave the information from the pictures in a previous reply and I will transcribe the others for you when I get more

My feeling about family Bibles is that they need to be preserved somewhere.  I'm up for adding all this people to Wikitree and researching them.  As for the Bible itself, perhaps would accept it as a donation.  Or a local museum or historical society.

Anna, interesting story so far, I was able to fund the death of Claude Otto Carver in 1996 and also the entire family on the 1920 census.  All children as noted survived. Further,  I found the divorce of  Charles Carver and  Anna Legg in 1939 aged 61 following 36 yrs of marriage. On the 1949. census Ann Legg Carter is living with her daughter Cornelia Wilson Carver in Virginia.    I am going to see if there are any families researching this family.   The bible may have been left behind as a result of the parents divorce and will be so important to surviving family.
