Proposed Merge help

Can someone please help me with this proposed Merge?

....I looked further-up in this family (Amelia for instance) and there seems to be a problem somewhere with same-named ancestors.  I would be careful with this one.  I don't have the time for this now but I hope someone carefully helps you.  Patience, good luck, success and it was a good idea to ask for help.

It seems to me the two profiles are of the same person (Thomas Ward) and the profiles are managed by the same person (Michael Ward).  It seems a private message to Michael Ward would be in order notifying him of his duplicates.  I have been guilty of the same mistake and would appreciate the notice.

 

I just noticed that the question was posed by Michael Ward who seems to be the manager of both profiles.  What is to keep Michael from merging the two to remove one of the duplicates?
