I have no idea if anyone visited Ireland but my dad was Earl Bryson Fitzgerald, born in Lipscomb, Iowa in 1913.  His father was Harvey Fitzgerald, who married Beulah Wright.  My grandfather died in 1918.  My father grew up not knowing his family, who I hear were very family oriented and nice.  He did find a cousin in his later years. I'm curious as to whether there is a relationship between the Lipscomb Fitzgerald's and the Des Moines Fitzgeralds.  I'd really like to know his family.

Good afternoon.  I have been looking to try and find my relatives in Ireland.  My Gr. Gr. Gr. Grandfather was John Baptiste Fitzgerald.  He states in a Census that he was born abt. 1770 in Ireland and came to Nova Scotia.  He died there and no one in the family can trace his family.  I heard he had brothers who might have traveled with him I am thinking during military service but never were seen again.  I would love to see a picture of Margaret to see if possibly there is some resemblance.  I would also love any family information I could use possibly to try and see if this would be the same family.  thanks
