Anyone know where Joseph Van Meter m Damaris Lockland (1815) should be in the Van Meter tree?

Catherine Evans sent me a find:

FROM MARRIAGE RECORDS BOUTETOURT VA. JOSEPH VANMETER MARRIED SEPT 7, 1815 TO DAMARIS LOCKLAND, DAUGHTER OF ELISHA LOCKLAND

but I can't find a Joseph in WikiTree that fits.

Does anyone have a Joseph VanMeter (or other spelling/styling) who married a Damaris in their tree?

check JOSEPH MARRIED HANNAH PYLE, THEIR SON ISAAC  MARRIED HESTER PECK.  HESTER'S SON, JOSEPH MARRIED DAMARIS. I think this might get you there.

Joseph married Hannah? I thought Henry married Hannah? Was it Hannah's second marriage?

I still couldn't find a corresponding WikiTree profile, regardless of whether Hannah married Joseph or Henry (well, she DID marry Henry, as she and Henry are my ancestor's parents).

All I have is three distant distants in the Evans line marrying van Meters in Virginia,  They were siblings.  Mary Polly Evans married Isaac son of Jacob van M and Isabella Evans.  Jacob was the son of Abraham who was the son of Jan (Jansen)  Mary's bro JOHN EVANS married Mary Ann van M and their sister Isabelle married Jacob. The records aren't clear but presumably a cousin of above Joseph married Hannah Pyle.  Their son Isaac born abt 1750 in Frederick Va died 1798 in Botetourt.  That's all I can find so far.  Didn't realize until yesterday that van M's and Evans had a connection.

one more clue; parents of above named Evans children.. father-.John Evans,born abt 1715/1720  in Radnor Va. married Polly van Meter (can't find parents)  John was the son of John born abt 1690/95 in Martinsburg Va....   document I have is a faxed copy of a microfilm printout so pale, smeary nightmare
