Thanks for that. If there was another Robert Gibson how do I figure out which one I belong to? Mine says born 1754, Foulden and married 1777, Oxborough. The one in the Astley_Hore web site in My Heritage has the same birth date, but Married 1800,Aylsham, Norfolk. Both of us claim that she had a daughter Mary Balding!

Think this was Mary Thurst?

I don't think it is the same Robert Gibson. The marriage record for Mary Thurst lists her husband as single, rather than widowed (he married Mary Buckle in 1777):

Name: Robert Gibson
Gender: Male
Marital Status: Single
Marriage Date: 18 Feb 1800
Marriage Place: Aylsham, Norfolk, England
Spouse: Mary Thurst
FHL Film Number: 1657202

Just about to say the same thing - it's a different Robert Gibson. The distance alone makes it unlikely.
Thanks for this answer, I presume this was the other Robert Gibson? Mine was married 1777- Oxborough and died 1812 in Pentney. what is confusing me is the daughter, Mary Balding (Gibson). The Astley_Hore web site in My Heritage, has the identical Robert Gibson, dates and all and a daughter Mary born and died the same years as mine, 1793-1836. how do I figure out which one is right?
You need to look at the sources used by the site.

I believe the Robert that married Mary Thurst died in 1824:

Name: Robert Gibson
Age: 54
Birth Year: abt 1770
Burial Date: 13 Apr 1824
Burial Place: Aylsham, Norfolk, England
Parish as it Appears: Aylsham
