My surname at birth is Miller. The name used on DNA test is Walker. Will I be able to upload my DNA info from 23andme?

Sure.  I assume Walker is your married name but it doesn't matter where it comes from.  The name you use doesn't matter as long as you apply the ID from 23andme to your own profile here on Wikitree.  You'll probably want to download the raw data from 23andme and then upload it (leave it zipped) to GEDmatch so that you can compare it with the kits from other DNA processors like Ancestry.com. You probably want to spend some time in the help files here at Wikitree to see how to enter your information is entered once you have the results.  And feel free to ask more questions here as you go along,
