Calvin Davis  Born May 12, 1806 in Shirley, Massachusetts youngest (13th)  child of  John Davis and Emma (Anne) Holden of Shirley/Acton, MA

Famiy records indicate his spouse was Susan Kellogg.  I found a marriage of a Calvin Davis to Susan Kellogg September 10, 1831 in Southport, (Elmira) Chemung County, New York on the Pennsyvania border.

I am not sure if this is the correct Calvin although the time frame is about right.   Some of his siblings lived in Worcester County MA, Westminster area, VT and Ohio, although dealings in OH seemed to be temporary with most returning to New England area.  Have searched for him in MA, VT, OH and PA as well with no luck.

Looking for Parents of Susan Kellogg probably born 1805- 1815 by marriage date who was living in Southport at the time of this marriage in 1831.

Also looking for death dates and or children of this couple.

The records here do not entirely align and the vital information appears to be out by 1 year, being the date of Calvin Davis's birth which you indicated is 1804 but the birth of the Calvin Davis who married Susan Kellogg is given in some family trees as 1805.

The parents of Susan Kellogg are likely to be Asa Kellogg 1776-1856 and Mary (Polly) Marvin 1782-1874. She had a sister called Fanny (1819-1904), a sister called Eliza Anne Kellogg (1823-1907), a brother Nathaniel (1819-1904) and a brother Charles (1827-1847).  She married Calvin Davis (1805-1844) and Susan and Calvin had at least eight children together before he died and she remarried. Their children were:

Clarissa Davis 1832-

Harriet Davis 1833-1877

Charles Davis 1834 -

Andrew J. Davis 1839

Eliza Ann Davis 1841

Martin K Davis 1843

Calvin Willard Davis 1845

Now it appears that this Calvin Davis died in 1844, if this is correct that their last child was born after his death and Susan was pregnant before his death.  Some records indicated that Susan Kellogg married again after his death and had three more children to a Samuel Cunningham 1805-1870.  The children from that marriage are indicated as

Henry C Cunningham 1848-

Asa Cunningham 1849-

Isabel Cunningham 1855 -
