Hooray!
My Gould family connection to the Boutiliers is now on WikiTree! An old newspaper story showed up in my family papers, about little Hannah Gould snaring rabbits in Nova Scotia with her father, and their journey to New Hampshire to stay with Uncle Phineas Gould. Hannah's mother was Sophia Butler Gould -- but originally it was Boutilier.
1. My ancestor William Gould married Boutelier-19
Sophia Magdelena Boutilier on 08 August 1813 in St George, Sydney, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. My records indicate her parents were named Marie Hirtle and (I believe) Frederick Boutilier. William and Sophia moved to New Hampshire. I have some records on this.
2. William's sister Gould-2821 Susanna Gould married James Boutilier in Nova Scotia; brother and sister married brother and sister.
I have been tracing the Gould family and have interesting information on this line (my grandmother was a Gould).
