My Gedcom was just downloaded to WikiTree, there are many individuals skipped, do I have to manually enter these?

No existing profiles. I believe its because i checked the skip decendant option. Should create a new Gedcom of the skipped lines and redownload?

Typically they should not have to be manually added; likely they were skipped because profile pages for them already exist on wikitree. Have you looked?

If you skipped descendants that could miss out a lot of people, in that case you could create several smaller gedcoms of the missing lines and upload them, you will need to attach the parent / child lines to graft them into the right place.
