Trusted list, how wide

If you add or request to the trusted list. Is that only for just this one profile or all descendants. How wide will it be?

Each profile has it's own trusted list. Often if I would like to be on the trusted list for several profiles with the same manager I will make one request and list all the profiles in the message. Each request sends an email, and my preference would be to get a single one rather than getting spammed.

Looking at the page for bulk additions (see the help files), it says that you can ask for all ancestors or all descendants or just certain ones.  Of course this will only apply to those profiles which the person you're asking for is on the trusted list of.  If you'd want to go farther back or down, you'd need to ask the person or project who is in charge of those profiles
