The information I provided previously had the spelling for his spouse "Frances" not "Francis". Francis Asbury was in the 42d Regiment, below is the source of the information were I got the information. From a search on Fold3. You currently have information on Francis's profile page that refers to him being in the 42d Regiment, the 4th item under the National Archives in the Sources. This is a different page and National Archives Number. Since you are the manager of this profile, I didn't want to make the changes and wanted to allow you to make the decision as to what information you wanted to add.
