Found this but no documents yet. Seems a likely parent if you take into account the names of the men.


 Benjamin Allison was born in 1773 in Wilkes, North Carolina, his father, Posey, was 34. He married Margaret Wood in 1793 in Burke, North Carolina. They had nine children in 21 years. He died in 1850 having lived a long life of 77 years.

Ok Eddie King Thanks I'm going to work on this and see it looks like it would be them they had lots of Children in them days, lol
I can't find any information on Benjamin Allison 1773 and Margaret Wood that he married in 1793 with a child named Sarah Jane, was this on Find A Grave Memorial?   Thanks for helping with this

    Charles Allanson chose George Thompson as his guardian on 11 Nov. 1684, implying he was at least age 14 and under 21.

    Charles Co., MD land records L2:21, FHL microfilm 0,013,753. In 1722 Thomas ALLISON, [son of Charles] sold all right in the tract St. John to Francis POSEY. This tract had been owned by his maternal grandfather John POSEY, and the only right Thomas would have had would be by being the only child of his mother, either Mary or Elizabeth, daughters of John POSEY. b) See #14 the inventory of Thomas ALLENSON. The next of kin who approved the inventory were John POSEY and Benjamin POSEY. [cousins, children of his uncle Benjamin POSEY]

    Item I leave and give my Son Thomas to my father in Law Thomas Asten till he is at the age of Eighteen years and then to be free and for himself but and if he die undr age I leave my lands to my Sister Eliza. her Two Children that She had by Edwd Ford to be Equally divided between them. 
    Item I leave Thomas Asten my whole and full Exr to possess and admenester and keep all my lands and moveables till my Son Thomas is Eighteen years old and then to pay and Deliver unto him all my lands Chattles & Goods Specified in this my last Will and Testamt as witness my hand Febr the 20th 1698.
