Egerton Family: Do John (Le Belward) Belward and John (Belward) Malpas need to be merged?

A while back I was sent a document by a family member of the EGERTON family. It goes back to John Le Belward (c1093). Today, I decided to see if I could do something with it.

The first thing I found was two John Le Belward (1098) profiles.

1. John (Le Belward) Belward (1098) https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Le_Belward-5

2. John (Belward) Malpas (1098 - 1186) https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Belward-4

To my somewhat untrained eyes, they look to be the same.

This is as far as I want to (and can) go with these ancient (pre-1500) profiles. Egerton is not a direct ancestor of mine.

I have this long document that was sent to me that I would like to share. I have no idea how to share it, and I have no idea how accurate it is, since it has no citations. But, if there is a family member or other genealogist who would like it, I would be very happy to pass it on.
