Leo Ryan Watson 1890-1960 South Africa Parents?

Question

I am looking for information about Leo Ryan Watson born in South Africa 1890-1960, Accordign to family myth he was a bastard son of Sir Harry Escombe but with no evidance to substanciat claim. No birth cirt available. Also apparently has a brother and sister. Names might be Rory Watson and Tess/Tessa Watson.
