Go in to manage your tree on ancestry and you'll see a button to export your tree. This will download your tree on Ancestry onto your computer as a gedcom file. It would be best to import your tree into family tree software on your computer to clean it up and split it if it is too big. If you don't have a family tree software program, you can download one for free. There are several good ones that don't cost anything. After you are happy with your data, export the group of people you want back into a gedcom file and upload to WikiTree. It takes a bit of work but worth it.
