Case Parker 1883-1951 need 1890 residents & 1940 Census, please

I can't understand the reason of death , need this information also list of children,  Thanks, and # assume 7 of Children?

Donnie: This is amystery,because a son Roy Parker was born July 13 1940

Enoree,Spartanburg South Carolina, A son Marshall Parker born Aug 13

1922, Died Jan20 1994. Mentor Lake Ohio.I suspect the family moved

to Ohio before 1940 Census was taken.There was no 1950 Census,so we

do not see them.Marshall Parker is actually William Marshall Parker.Born

Aug. 13 1922 Jackson County.

Should I add these Parkers as children or just hold off some of these children are probably still living,  and  I got another question about a picture I added from Find A Grave Memorial I added it before I got the Ok to add it what's my consequences , I did ask after I added to Tombstone picture, and I don't know how to delete it, what should I do? THANKS
