WikiTree profile: James Rout
in Genealogy Help by Pat Dailey G2G Rookie (190 points)
Hi Pat, I am not quite sure what your question is. The profile for James Rout is open (see the lock icon on the top RHS), so any one can view the full profile, and any Wiki Tree genealogist who has signed the Honor Code can edit the profile. You can add relatives or other persons you want to, to the trusted list, and that gives them rights to merge the profile with a duplicate if that is needed.

There is a bit more about privacy on this link: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Privacy

If this doesn't cover what you are asking, you can edit your question to clarify what you want to know.

If your talking about the trusted list you can add people via the Privacy Tab on your profile. If they are on your trusted list they can see your whole profile or other alternatives would be to make them a profile manager.
