Trouble uploading 134kb jpeg of Hine-450 [closed]

Question

First upload attempt was seen as empty. second was seen as duplicate attempts to fix, unsuccessful. Please help.

Hi David.  I can't really tell what the problem might be.  There is nothing in the profile's change log to indicate any attempt to upload a photo.  Take a look at this section of the help file and see if there may be a clue there:
