Can someone delete a non-existant photo? [closed]

https://www.WikiTree.com/photo/Hine-450-1.jpg. This photo does not seem to be, but is stopping further attempts to upload. Can someone delete it?

It's privacy protected, so we cannot see it.

I re-did the photo and renamed it and successfully uploaded it. there are no other images listed. Hine-437

So are you happy with the results now or do you still need to delete the picture?
