This looks like Thaddeus Wilson in 1860, Washington, Missouri. His neighbor, 3 doors down is Margaret Staples married to George Staples. George dies before 1863 according to a Civil War Soldiers Pension Record. I believe this is your Margaret Staples. Her maiden name is Smith, born in Ohio, 1831. Her father is Lawrence Smith and according to his FAG Memorial, Margaret's mother is Sarah Rundles/Reynolds (you'll need to confirm this).
Couldn't find anymore on Margaret and Thaddeus to confirm all of this though. I will post records found to her profile.
