Susanna Bacon-764

Question

Looking for some help with Susanna Bacon. On her profile she was b. 1625, Roxbury, Suffolk, MA. But on her fathers profile, George Bacon-771, his bio reads; "George was a passenger of the Increase which sailed in 1635 and arrived at Hingham, Massachusetts. He came with children: Samuel, John & Susanna from an unknown first wife". 

Can anyone provide a source record that confirms either her birth location or a passenger list ?

Not sure there is any specific comment that states as you can see there 2 different records that appear to be the same person but different locations

Steven, Thank you for all your effort. I now believe if the passenger list for, the Increase, 1635, is found and it shows Susanna was in fact a passenger the preponderance of evidence falls on the birth being in England.

And, in this case, be cautious. It's not just the number of sources listing one thing or the other-- it's important to understand the types of sources and their reliability (or lack thereof).

For example, of the above list, I would not rely at ALL on the Millennium File. Search g2g for it and you should find my discussion of why this is a very bad "source" to be avoided at all costs.

AGBI is also pretty derivative. And even US, New England Marriages Prior to 1700 should be used as a guide to sources, not as a source itself.

I added sources to her bio from Hotten's ship lists: Great Migration-AB and TAG V.41 .
