How do you add a Regiment Category for th American Revolution to a profile? [closed]

This  [[ 4th Massachusetts Regiment (1775)]] is listed on this page:

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Massachusetts_regiments_of_the_Continental_Army

but when I put it on a profile, it's red.  What else needs to go in the brackets?

Have you tried:

[[Category:4th Massachusetts Regiment (1775)]]

Worked when I tested it
