I have been re-sent a link to a gen matches report but no table shows up.

Question

I have been re-sent a link to a gen matches report, when I use the link the matches table does not show up on the page , has anyone else had this and what was the outcome.

I notice that your account ID has changed. This can sometimes lead to problems. If you're still not able to access your report post again.

What do you see when you go to the report page? Do you get an error? Is it just the table that's missing?

If it's just the table, do you have Javascript enabled in your browser? What browser are you using?

Hi Chris,

No error on page, just the table missing, where the table should be, there are just the two buttons, "Save Progress, and "Clear all skips.

Using Internet Explorer, checked Java is enabled and up tp date.

I'm sure glad you figured it out, because I was stumped. :-)

In case this happens to other users ... it's something to do with Internet Explorer. What version are you using? And may I ask what operating system?

Windows 7, IE9.

I had an issue with Explorer not opening the table but Chrome did it just fine
