Looking for Ruth McClellan (Quinn) born in New Mexico in 1907

Question

Ruth was born to Valena Leedom and Arthur McClellan.  Later assumed the last name of Quinn whom Valena was married to to.  Believe they lived in Contra Costa California.  Does anyone have any information?
