I am new here and just finding my way around. My family surnames include Pugh from England then to Canada, Bryan from Ireland, to Pennsylvania and then Virginia, Cummins from Missouri then to Canada.

I'd love to assist anyone else who may be researching these lines. I've had my DNA done by Ancestry and (I think) I've uploaded it. I am not a full member yet so can't do much else.

Hello and Welcome to Wikitree!
LOL I've got some Noels in my family tree. Emerine Noel for one. Any relation?
No connection so far.

Sounds like my Bryan path... [William Bryan] is my brick wall.

Welcome, welcome!  About all else you need to do is sign the Honor Code and you'll be a Wikitree Genealogist with full rights to enter the rest of your family and help wherever you have an interest.  Be sure to take time to read as much as you can in the help files, and come back here and ask questions about anything which isn't clear. Also with each new question there are some related questions which often give you an answer for what you wanted to know, and also are likely to lead you to other interesting discussions.
