In whichever software program you are using to record your tree of ancestors, there should be a menu item to export your tree as a gedcom file.

from any wikitree page, hover your mouse pointer over the word Help, a drop-down menu appears, click help Page, click the letter G (or click this page link: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help_Index#G . =
