how do I remove people that I know were not family members?

Under Henry Goe Whitsett-40 somehow two additional wives were added to his record.  They were not in the original GED I loaded in 2010 but I tried to confirm marriage records for these two potential wives and could not locate any documentation confirming them.  The only possible evidence showed up in the 1930 Federal Census with a lady named Margaret (no other last name) who may have been living with him but was never recognized by the family. Is it possible to delete these two ladies from all records?

You can't remove them, but you can merge them with his known wife, making sure to change all the details accurately.

If there is information on the ladies, but not the marriage you can make the connection uncertain or remove the marriage. Merging should only be if the ladies in question are not individuals with their own information but duplicates of the first wife.
