You may get conflicting answers, but, in general:
If A and B are 2nd cousins, the children of A are 2nd-cousins-once-removed to B (and vice-versa). The children of A are 3rd cousins to the children of B.
I'm really not sure that applies to children of married 2nd cousins. That would imply each child is a 3rd cousin to their siblings.
EDIT: Third cousins are both 3 generations removed from siblings. The once-removed implies an unequal number of generations removed. E.g., for 2nd-cousins-once-removed, one of them is 2 generations removed, the other is 3 generations removed (from siblings.)
