Uploading photo from location 2

....."from my iPads......".. worked

But from location #1 does not.

What could the reason be?

I uploaded the Picture to my Library and then to the WIKItree site.

Well I can't do that at location 1. Wikitree replies "image corrupted". So I send the image to wikichum who uploads it without a problem. And the answer is not that it must be the router or the IP provider because locations 1 and 2 use the same router and the same IP provider.
