I will see if I can fugue it out , the Scott name interstate me I have one as a 3rd Great Grandfather and all his children took the mothers last name Breazeale,  this is probably a different set,

Yes it isn't the Isaac Scott that was a spy I went back and looked, I believe I found his wife's last name and one more child and ti be honest I don't know if he was in the Civil War,  adding just what I can find, Thanks for helping

P's after I put this note to you Steven I went back and looked it does say on his tombstone he was military,

Isaac, spouse Margaret, child  Leonard and it looks like twins Thomas and Nettie or they was born same year, I know this much then Find A Grave Memorial mentioned Military and if it's the Isaac I looked up , then he was probably in the history books , this maybe why I can't get any one to add his information,  I wasn't looking for him he just showed up and he probably needs a little more attention then I'm able to give him, lol
