Anyone have any information for Adna May Noblet whose maiden name was Walker..Her mothers name was Ada Murray Whitford who married a Walker in Perth.

Edna May Noblet (Nee Walker) was born in Perth 1910 Died in Sydney22/07/1967.Married Mervyn Frank Noblet Perth 1934.
I think their Ref no was397.

The death record in the NSW BMD (http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/) gives us her father's forename so that we now know his name was John Walker...

I'm not sure how complete the WA records are but they do at least contain Edna's parents marriage in 1905...

Its not possible to tell from the information available which John Walker birth might be his (if indeed he was born in WA at all)...

Unfortunately, there are no Whitford births that I can see at all in this online facility.

Perhaps they were immigrants or moved interstate?

ByTheWay: I meant to add that the WA records don't have parents for a lot of the Walker births in this period so its possible that Edna's siblings births may be recorded but its hard for me to be certain.  Having said that I can see that she had at least one brother (apparently a twin) reg number 6071 ...

Re: Husband Mervyn Frank Noblet (if interested).  Solicitors who acted for his estate were Chambers McNab Tully & Wilson of Brisbane.
