Who are the parents of Margaret Ellen Shook?

Question

Am trying to find information about a James Shook, b Feb.13,1813, son of Hermanous (b.1778) and Margaret McMillan(bOct.1785 ) I'm trying to find the parents of an ancestor whoose name was Margaret Ellen Shook who married Acquilla Brown. I believe Margaret was born in 1839. I have just found WikiTree and am not at all sure how to relate to the concept.
