Hannah was his only wife. There are Ancestry trees having him married to Barbara Cline but the William Mason Barbara married died in 1815.

 

William fought in the War of 1812 and his father Robert Chester Mason fought in the Revolution.  (SAR application by a descendant)

 

William had siblings but apparently only 2 lived to adulthood. (Fanny and Nathan)
