What sourced information is available on Oliver "the immigrant' Alexander?

Oliver Alexander, born Limavady, came to America before his father died in Ireland in 1786 and he was a beneficiary of his father's will.  He originally emigrated to Pennsylvania and might have died in Virginia.  He was not the Oliver Alexander who married Mary Craig and later Margaret Paul [[Alexander-8339]] and [[Alexander-4476]] although both Oliver Alexanders might have been living in the same places about the same times.  Y DNA evidence should rule him out as Marker 390 shows a relationship to William Alexander descended from the seven brothers and two sisters which is not his ancestry.  However, the two Oliver Alexanders are distant cousins.  His parents are James Alexander and Elizabeth Ross.

There were two different Oliver Alexanders born about 1730, one in  Ireland and the other in Pennsylvania.  They were cousins.

The one born in Pennsylvania died in Tennessee in 1812.  I'm looking for information on the one born in Ireland to James Alexander and Elizabeth Ross; the one who didn't marry Mary Craig (1st) and Margaret Paul (2nd).

Oliver, the immigrant, is thought to have moved to Virginia from Pennsylvania, but I've ho evidence to support that fact.  Some genealogies appear to have confused the two Olivers.

The newly available y-DNA evidence supports the fact that Oliver Alexander (1730-1812) is the son of John Alexander and related to William Alexander and he was not born in Ireland.  I'm trying to straighten out the facts and the sources.  Newer sources than findagrave.com do not support the fact that Oliver Alexander (1730-1812) was born in Virginia or in Ireland, but only in Pennsylvania.  However, there was an Oliver Alexander born in Ireland and he was the cousin of the Oliver Alexander born in Ireland.

Burke's. Deleted because the information was not pertinent. :- )

I know this information was  published, but it has the wrong "Oliver Alexander" (i.e., the one who died in Tennessee).  I know quite a bit about my Alexander heritage and the various branches.

I understand how things can be messed up a bit when one's dealing with several different people in the same  places in the same times.  It's not always easy to get things right.
