Who is Isaac Denton's father , He was married to Rebecca Etheridge

looking for answers , about Isaac Denton who was married Rebecca Etheridge  , i thought he was Abraham lll 's son but some have him listed as Joesph Denton son and on here someone has him listed as a son of Isaac Sr ,it is really confusing ... Isaac is my grandsons direct ancestor , i also have ties to the dentons thru a different line so pretty familiar with denton geneology  , my grandmother was a denton also ..
