James Jacob Spearman 1831-1906 who was his Parents and sibling's,

Some of these trees are confusing,  trying to say James W Spearman and James Jacob Spearman is the same man both look like the was born 1831-1906 S.C can I please get your opinions on this , Thanks

 

I do see in a tree John S Spearman 1806 Newberry, S.C 1850 Iva,Anderson, S.C as the father, who was this man's parents if this is true,  Thanks for helping

Ok John S Spearman 1806 Newberry now his father is the one I been trying to connect to I have a David Desmond Spearman b. 1806 was James another brother,  or cousin , this here should connect to the same line but I have looked and looked can't fugue this one out, Thanks for helping me
