Is the Mary Wallen who gave birth to a son on 7/3/47 in Chicago still living?

I would like to let my mom, Mary Wallen, know that I am alive and well after all these years. I was born in Chicago on 7/3/1947. She may no longer be alive, but I wanted to thank her for the sacrifice she made on my behalf. Her selflessness gave me the opportunity to lead a happy and productive life. Thanks mom.

As both an adopted child and a birth mother, I just want you to know how much I appreciate you posting this.  I hope your mother has seen it.
