Can someone advise why I cannot see DNA matches in my WikiTree after entering my GEDMatch ID for my sister and me?

You will not see autosomal DNA matches in WikiTree.  You see them in GEDmatch.  In a profile's DNA Connections section, WikiTree will automatically place an au tag on relatives who are most likely to share auDNA with each other.

You can manually add "confirmed with DNA" ticks for a parent child relationship if you also add the necessary citations in each profile describing how you used DNA to confirm the relationship. These citations allow for independent verification.  See https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/DNA_Confirmation#Instructions

I re-entered a GEDMatch ID.  I am hoping tomorrow I will see results.  I entered the GEDMatch ID again by selecting from My Heritage and a drop down GEDMatch box appeared..   The logo associated with my ID# now looks like a MyHeritage logo, and I assume I will see data within 24 hours as listed upon exiting the entry screen.

yeah, it takes as much as 24 hours for the indexes to be updated
