Finally have an answer to this question, Jesse Franklin's siblings are: 

He is the son of Frank Franklin and Clara (Lewis) Franklin and brother of Melissia Franklin and Mollie Franklin to name a couple but there are more.

Yes, conflict with two census reports noting the same individual, same parents but birth date and age different.

1930 Census states born in 1885, age 45.

1940 Census states born in 1895, age 45

Also: Find A Grave Memorial states Jessie born 15 Aug 1884, and died 11 Jun 1954, age 69. But pictured on the page is the Texas Death certificate showing date of birth as 15 Aug 1898 and date of death Jun 11, 1954, age 56. Please see: URL: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/180194035 .
