Is the manager of a certain family history the only one who can help me unlock my family tree ?

I have E-mailed Mr. huskey 3 times and no response to my question on the thomas H.Kirk family tree

Yes, if a profile is private, only the people on the Trusted List (led by the Profile Manager) can give you permission to view the private information.
