Can anyone specifically locate Hollis H. Fortenberry cemetery in pike county Mississippi

Question

I have tried;  Find a cemetery ...its listed but without GPS or map.  Other internet sites list it but do not provide any photos, GPS or info although there are 11 burials there.

Not sure how much help this is but in googling about that cemetary I came across that website where someone had also searched for it and found detailed info pertaining to it through a book purchased on amazon...that may be worth looking into. Good luck in your search.

Findagrave gives it an alias of Fortenberry Cemetery.  Looking online I found a listing for two Fortenberry cemeteries in Pike Co., MS.  Here are their coordinates 

 

31.00250, -90.27972

31.03889, -90.29667

If you put one set of numbers into the search box of mapquest   or googlemaps   it should show you where they are.

The first comes out in the middle of some trees, so I suppose it is possible it's hidden under the branches and leaves.

The second comes out in an open farmer's field, which appears to be freshly plowed and green stuff growing. I couldn't zoom in enough to see if there were gravesites there, but based on what I saw, it didn't appear that there were any.

Still worth checking out, if you don't mind a little drive in the country.

I have been to that cemetery . +- 20 years ago.

I found Hollis Hortons Stone and propped it against a tree that had fallen on it.

Perhaps I can assist locating it. I am trying to find it on google earth and I came across this site.
