Did Sarah Scriven marry after she went to Grand Rapids, MI?

Sarah Scriven, daughter of William Reginald and Elizabeth (Saunders) Scriven, died in Grand Rapids, MI, according to a family source. She went to Grand Rapids with her mother, it appears, after her father died. Elizabeth had a brother there. I'm wondering if Sarah ever married and when she died. The family belonged to the Seventh Day Baptist Church, whose members immigrated from eastern NY, through Pennsylvania, and then to the Michigan/ Wisconson area.

But it is confusing,shows her maiden name Sarah Scriven born in Canada,

but shows she is married,Her Father William Scriven, Mother Sarah Scriven.

No Husbands name.Shows she was born in Canada?
