Can you provide info on slave owners who had children by slaves 1780-1860's

Owner Frank Foxworth son of Steve Foxworth.  Had a slave named Altha who had a child together named Emanuel in 1863 near   Columbus, MS.

Can you tell me any information about the Foxworth family in Marion Co. South Carolina name possibly of Steven or Stephen Foxworth that purchase land in the South East Territories that became Mississippi and had Slave that migrated with him.

I'm attempting to trace back my family legacy that I was told came from South Carolina and family that later had the name of Nelson's that lived in Marion and Lawerence County Mississippi.
