According to use of patronyms, they cannot be that close related!
Looks like one of the three wives of Nils, all named Kristina Halvardsdotter (with spelling variants) had an affair with someone named Per. So the 46 generations of ancestors don't apply to him.

How far down the line does this turn into something reliable?
According to this site: Karl Persson in Hackås (1360-1430) had other parents, Peder Nilsson and Elin Ranedotter.

There's a williams-anders duplicate for him, Persson-516, which is a total isolate, though.
