Oh my goodness, i new he was a man with a past!
His marriage certificate to Elsie Tabe states he was born in winnipeg canada? Can't find a record of him being born there,  but now knowing he married my Grandmother while already being married to another lady I'm not surprised, Recent DNA results indicated i was 25% Irish and after eliminating my paternal grandparents and my maternal grandmother he was the only one left.
So I'm tipping he's parents were both Irish and he was born in Ireland or England maybe? So more research.

1916,Victoria Australia.

Find my Past,Victoria Marriages,1836-1942.

I bet his life story would be interesting.Olive was native of England.There was one child born too marriage too Elsie.

The Thomas LOWE who married Olive Mary PIERCE in 1916 at Yarrawonga, Victoria was born, married and died at Yarrawonga, Victoria.  He and his wife Olive are buried at Mulwala Cemetery.  Thomas LOWE and Olive Mary PIERCE had eight children ranging in ages from 44 years to 23 years when he died in 1959. Thomas and Olive were on the electoral rolls living in Yarrawonga until their deaths.  Olive died in 1962. This is not your person of interest.
